| The edematous feet are both gross and fascinating. Brett can’t believe I am posting this, but the physiology can’t be denied! This may be something only the Dziadik children can understand. The baby is compressing my inferior vena cava, reducing venous return from my lower extremities. (My blood pressure is fine, my hands and face are not swollen, so I am not worried about pre-eclampsia).
